PROJE HAKKINDA
ABOUT THE PROJECT
As the partnership, we feel, that this subject is a very important part of the development of the students. It is very different from any of the other subject areas taught in the school and involves much more logical thinking.The students will learn what, how and when to use parliamentary/political language, how to form resolutions, based on debate and the position of an individual or group of countries. Use research to identify and find solutions to world issues, to write papers which express an opinion, using facts and statistics to back up any claims and they will gain confidence in speaking in front of their peers.The participants role-play as diplomats representing a nation or NGO in a simulated session of an organ (committee) of the United Nations, such as the Security Council or the General Assembly. Participants research a country, take on roles as diplomats, investigate international issues, debate, deliberate, consult, and then develop solutions to world problems.
HEDEFLER
OBJECTIVES
1. Use learning strategies available to all to obtain, select and present information, such as the use of ICTs.
2. Work in a cooperative and collaborative way through meaningful learning the creation of the guides to learn languagae.
3. Promote the use of European languages as a common vehicle of communication, as well as its usefulness as a social and educational level.
4. Value the wealth of cultural, historical and artistic heritage of our member regions of the European Union.
5. Improve the linguistic and communicative competence of our students as well as other foreign languages for a better future within the working world.
6. Promote learning and educational practice through different platforms and social networks.
7. Foster social inclusion and avoid school dropout through participating speechs.
KEY COMPETENCES :Linguistic communication, digital competence, learning to learn, social and civic competences and awareness and cultural expressions.
ÇALIŞMA SÜRECI
The timing of the activities is as follows:
-From October to the end of April.
1. Informative meeting with the families of our students about eTwinning and security in the network.
2. Registration of students in Twin Space and familiarization with the page.
3. Creation of groups or clubs of mixed nationality.
4. Selection and acquisition of roles within each club/group.
5. Presentation and contact between the participants using the forum and the webinar platforms.
6. Work and creation of an electronic speech book with the speech tasks etc.
7. Co-evaluation through videocasting.
8. Final evaluation and co-evaluation among teachers.
9. Dissemination of progress and continuation of the chain of challenges.
BEKLENEN SONUÇLAR
We expect a very positive impact on our students, who will be the protagonists of all their teaching-learning process in this project. All established objectives will be met, in particular, to know the cultural heritage of each member region of the European Union and to actively work on the key competencies detailed above. Finally, the possibilities for improvement in this guide will be opened and the possibility of working on similar projects in the future will be considered with the same participants, since strong ties of friendship are foreseen among them. Without a doubt, the design of this project It has reflected the philosophy of the eTwinning program: the collaboration between the partners to achieve a common goal with the contributions of each one, a very fluid communication necessary for this type of collaboration, a chain of remnants of popular speech tasks and a collaborative evaluation by putting in practice of what has been learned through a chain of linguistic.
